Often, it is the small things that make the biggest impact. Moving small items in larger shipments can become problematic. We have found that many items can be transported in small vehicles and sometimes handed off to others in route to expedite the shipment.
For those people that have materials and supplies that meet the needs of disaster survivors, DERA has alliances with various transportation possibilities and connections at the time of action.
If you have transportation capabilities (preferably donated or low cost), DERA is interested in including your capacity in our portfolio of resources.
